On behalf of Casa Vinicola Zonin, Italy’s largest privately owned wine producer, we were invited to taste a preview of downtown Miami’s latest restaurant Vero Italian. It is slated to open in a couple of weeks and downtown Miami is in for a treat. Although no official menu has been created, here is a sample of Chef Paolo Galloti’s creations paired with Zonin’s top recommended wines.
